Remember this was build in the early 1920's, and it is architecture taken to the extreme, where it was shown what was possible. The building is fantastic, but is impossible to keep cool during warm days, and impossible to warm up duning cold days. The sound travels due to the openess between the floors. But it is a fantastic build to look at, walk around in, and sadly we forgot how to build exciting buildings, in the last 90 years ...
